About Audrey

Audrey O’Connor is a native of County Sligo and lives in Killarney, Co Kerry. Audrey is the Founder and Migration Manager of Kelly & O’Connor Migration. She has over 16 years’ professional experience with a background in Australian Immigration services and International Recruitment. 

Audrey’s qualifications include a Degree in Business studies and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia. She has completed various other studies in human resources and business management to keep her business up to date. Audrey has worked with large State Government owned corporation’s in Western Australia in the migration industry and is constantly educating herself on new migration practices and policies.

Where it began

In 2007, Audrey travelled to Australia on a working holiday visa for a year’s travelling where she met her future husband. They spent 8 years in Perth working and studying whilst enjoying all that Australia had to offer.

During this time, they went through an extensive migration process which involved various temporary working visas followed by permanent residency. They became citizens of Australia in June 2013.

Her career in Australian migration began when she started working for a Western Australian State Government owned corporation where she was responsible for recruiting skilled workers from Ireland and the UK. This then led to working with migration agencies and assisting with the migration process for skilled workers. Audrey had already developed a keen interest in migration as she had been through the process herself. She decided to start studying Australian migration law and practice in Murdoch University with a new dream of starting her own business as a migration agent. From experience, she felt a more personal and tailored approach was needed to guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their life – relocating to Australia. This is where her business journey began and she founded Kelly & O’Connor Migration.

About Patricia

Patricia Devine is a native of Derry, Northern Ireland. Patricia is a Registered Migration Consultant with Kelly & O’Connor Migration. Patricia has over 15 years’ professional experience with a background in Australian Immigration services and Human Resources.

Patricia’s qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice and a Degree in History and Politics and has completed various other studies in human resources. Patricia is currently registered with OMARA, MARN 1801525.

Where it began

Patricia secured a job on a Working Holiday Visa working in HR for an Engineering company in Perth, Western Australia. The company Patricia was employed by subsequently sponsored her on a business visa, permanent residency and finally Patricia obtained citizenship in May 2017.

Patricia’s interest in all thing’s migration related stemmed from her own personal experience going through the immigration process which culminated in her finally gaining her Graduate Certificate in Migration Law from the Australian National University. Patricia understands the practicalities of moving countries, obtaining visas and all the bits in between and after and is a positive and good sounding board to help such dreams become a reality, through honest and straightforward advice.

Where we are now

Kelly & O’Connor Migration was launched in 2014 and is based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

We offer many services including: temporary and permanent visas, visa assessments for individuals and families, corporate migration, skills assessments, expressions of interests and state applications, management and lodgement of your visa, visa review etc.
